The Soft Madness of Now

Author(s) : Edward Lee,
poetry, issue-four

With no orders given,
chaos has free reign.
No one seems to have noticed
and so no questions are asked,

which is just as well,
the only available answers
faded from being,
left out too long
under the unset moon
that rabid dogs
bark at, endlessly,
the blood on their teeth
not their own.
